If you see, there’s a big crowd out there,
If you think, each soul in the crowd stands alone.
If you see, this big city has the population as much as
Of an entire continent in the southern hemisphere;
If you think, there exist souls who are all alone.
The day begins with the cup of masala chai and ends with probably a peg or two,
All in the company of just I, me & myself.
If you see, people here have different species of friends
School friends college friends office friends n even train friends
If you think, one walks home alone after a hard day at work.
The day could’ve been great or the day couldn’t have gotten worse
No one to share the feeling with but one’s solitude.
If you see, one is very popular and can always get his way,
If you think, all equations are fragile as toys of glass.
There is no scale to measure the magnitude of the altitude of one’s solitude.

As they say, "solitude is a precious gift, that u gift urself"
If u think...in a perfect world we wouldn't have to discriminate between friends by placing them into categories...at the end of da day you should have atleast one person who means the world to you...call that person just your friend...and you shall be lonely no more.
